Pinhole Leak

I found a pinhole leak in a water supply pipe this week. Supply pipes have a constant supply of water in them, unlike drain pipes. In this crawlspace, I saw soil erosion and water continually spraying against the foundation blocks. This can lead to structural movement if left unaddressed, so I've prioritized this repair in my report and called for a licensed plumber to assess and repair. Once the plumber fixes this issue, their water bill will decrease too!
